Ibook will not shut properly
I dont know why it wont shut right? on one side. Is it beacuse of the screen is coming away from the besel?

yes it is uneven when i close it
ok, check to see if screen in correctly installed in the frame. Then check if the ibook has the bumper on the rigth adn left of the screen.

It does not have the right and left bumper on the screen but i think the screen is out of place like the first picture i have is yours like that?
No, my ibook's screen is in place and has only the right bumber. My photo shows how it should close. I didn't look at first photo sorry

It may be a problem with the hinge.
That's Nice. The photo may not look good because the ipod touch 4g camera only takes 0.7 mp pictures. Sometimes the ibook's screen blocks the ibook from closing right. Or your ibook's little holder on top (the opening on middle top) doesn't work (maybe)
my pictures might look good because im using a 12 mp camera its my dads

well i got it from ebay used yesterday and this how it came
iBook's might be old but after 7 years some ibooks still work like a new macbook pro or air. No you should not return it. i got mine from ebay for 118.87 with everything even the original box the ibook came with even the system install disks.
